The cleaning will last for one year because of pollen, dust, dirt, and pollution in the air.
Our warranty for repairs varies depending on the repair, for example, a patch repair is warrantied for two years, and a seam repair for a fabric awning is one year. Refer to our warranty policy for repairs.
Our cancelation policy requires the customer to notify us no later than two weeks before the service is to be completed to avoid a cancellation fee. There is no fee for rescheduling your service.
