With over thirty years of experience, we have seen just about every way to clean, seal, and repair awnings, which has enabled us to find out what works best.
When testing a new way to clean, seal, or repair an awning, we set up an awning and test the manufacturer’s claims. If the claims hold up, we adopt the new cleaner, sealer, or repair method, and the warranty given is based on the manufacturer’s specs.
We offer several awning repair services to our customers that come with a warranty for the repair, depending on the repair will depend on the duration of the warranty.
A 12-month warranty from the date of the repair covers all patch repairs on fabric and vinyl awnings. If the patch peels back, leaks, or comes off the awning within the policy guidelines, we will replace it and issue a new warranty.
Seam repairs are given a warranty for 6 months after the repair day. If the seam continues to separate, then we will re-connect the seam or provide a refund.
Silicone repairs are covered by a 6-month warranty after the repair day. If the awning leaks between the frame and where it meets the building within 6 months of the service being completed, we will remove the old silicone, apply new silicone, and reissue a new warranty.
Spline repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty after the repair day. If the spline continues to pull out during the warranty period, we will put it back into place, secure it, and reissue a new warranty.
We do not offer a warranty for any awning cleaning we perform because we cannot control dust from a construction site or dirt from the building transferring to the awning during rain, just to name a few examples.
Any issues with the appearance of an awning should be brought to our attention within seven business days after the cleaning is completed.
We give a 12-month warranty on all vinyl awnings that we seal. Sealing a vinyl awning preserves the color and plastics in the vinyl and does not impact water leaking through the awning.
Our fabric sealer is warranted for 12 months. If you experience any water leaks within the warranty period, we will apply another coating to stop the leak.
For this warranty to be valid, we must clean the awning to ensure the sealer adheres to the fabric or vinyl.
Any awning we reinstall comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of reinstallation for the labor and any parts we use to install the awning.
