Terms Of Service
By agreeing to the quote, you agree to our Terms of Service. After deciding on the Terms of Service, if you fail to comply with the Terms of Service, you may be subject to fees that must be paid before any further work can be completed.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Payment Terms</span>
All payment terms are final unless a different agreement is agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties between the customer and Atlanta Awning Cleaners.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Commercial Accounts</span>
For commercial clients, all invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30). A 10% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance if payment is not received by the due date on the invoice.
This late fee will be assessed monthly until the account is settled. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, further actions may be taken, including suspension of services and referral to collections.
Please make all checks out to SIMON AND SIMON CLEANING COMPANY and mail to:
5651 Hill View Drive, Oxford, GA, 30054
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Residential Accounts</span>
Payment is required for residential clients upon completion of service. The full amount for the cleaning service must be paid before we leave the job site. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and major credit cards.
If payment is not made after service, additional charges may be incurred, and service for future appointments may be delayed until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Cancellation And Refund Policy</span>
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Commercial Accounts</span>
If a commercial client wishes to cancel a scheduled service, they must notify us at least two weeks before the scheduled completion date to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $350.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Residential Accounts</span>
Residential clients must also provide at least two weeks’ notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled service will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Refunds</span>
Given the nature of our service, Atlanta Awning Cleaner does not issue refunds once services have been completed.
As outlined in our guaranteed section, factors such as sun damage, long-term neglect, and stubborn stains may limit the cleaning process’s outcome.
Damage & Liability
We always begin with a thorough inspection—during which we document any existing damage to your awning. If any new damage occurs during our service, rest assured, it will be handled under our insurance policy.
We hold robust general liability and inland marine coverage, similar to standard cleaning-industry policies, which protect against accidental damage to your property or awning equipment during transit or service.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Client Responsibilities</span>
The following client responsibilities are mandatory for us to complete the job and work in a safe working environment.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Access To Water</span>
All clients must provide sufficient access to water through an outside water spigot to complete the job.
If the only water spigot is in the building for commercial clients, then that water source can be used.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Safety & Site Requirements</span>
To ensure a smooth and safe service, please:
-
Clear the work area of furniture, plants, and obstacles around the awning.
-
Ensure pets and vehicles are kept well clear of the cleaning zone during our visit.
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Guarantees</span>
While we use the best citrus-based cleaner on the market, top-quality equipment, and our expertise to remove the dirt from your awning, we do not guarantee that your awning will appear “like new” after the service.
Over time, awnings are exposed to the elements, including UV rays from the Sun, rain, and environmental pollutants, which can cause permanent discoloration or fading and damage to the canvas fibers.
Additionally, factors like mold, mildew, algae growth, and tree lichen stains can affect the final appearance and degrade the strength of the fibers in the canvas of your awning.
