Our awning hole repair addresses common issues like UV damage and tears, providing seamless patch repair that extends the life of your canvas and vinyl awnings.
We expertly color-match fabric or vinyl patches and use professional-grade glue for seamless patch repair.
If a tree limb caused the damage, we will even trim it back at no extra charge to prevent future issues.
For lace-back canvas awnings where the fabric sags due to stretched ropes, causing water pooling, our re-tuning process involves removing slack from the rope to restore proper tension and form.
This is crucial for sagging awning repair.
Spline repair addresses issues where the spline (which holds the fabric to the frame) slides out of the track or breaks due to age.
We carefully untie the awning, reattach and securely fasten the spline, and then expertly reattach the awning to the frame, ensuring your awning fabric is secure.
Fixes z-clips that pull away, causing unsightly gaps between the awning frame and the home.
This crucial awning frame repair prevents leaning and potential severe damage from high winds, ensuring the structural integrity of your awning.
We use durable Tenara thread for blown-out stitching to significantly extend the life of your awnings.
This prevents small tears from escalating and provides effective seam repair.

A homeowner in Roswell reached out to us for what seemed like a routine awning cleaning. During the on-site inspection, it was discovered that the spline, the cord that secures the canvas to the awning frame, had pulled free, compromising both tension and structure.
What Was Done
This strategic repair saved the homeowner over $1,000 and extended the awning’s lifespan, a smart alternative to full replacement.
Lisa PodolskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have never had a company work as hard for us as Atlanta Awning Cleaners. They worked over two full days cleaning, rewiring and sealing three awnings that we hadn't cleaned in years and made them look like new. They even took one of them back to their business to give ut the best clean possible. They were so pleasant and explained so much about what they were doing and what we could expect. They have several contacts for replacing awnings should that be needed but did not push for any extra services and honored their quoted price to the penny. Their price was amazing for the amount of work they put in. I can recommend them with no hesitation at all, if you want great attention to detail for an amazing price, give them a try! Linda GartlandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joel and his dad did an A+ job cleaning our back porch awning. It had not been cleaned in over 5 years, but they did a fantastic job of bringing the color and cleanliness back. They fastidiously cleaned both the top and underside too. I thought their price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of their work. Definitely recommend them.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 2 reviewsVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Yes, we have a warranty for all awning repairs. Our patch repair is warranted for one year, our re-tuning service has a warranty for thirty days, our spline repair is warranted for one year, and our z-clip repairs are warranted for thirty days.
Yes, we can patch or repair small tears, preventing further damage and extending the life of your awning.
Most awning repairs can be done on-site, and the awning does not need to be removed.
Most tears can be patched, but we would have to schedule a date and time for us to come out for a proper inspection.
Repair times vary significantly based on the complexity of the repair needed. Minor fabric patches might be quick, but spline repairs or motor replacements can take longer. We will give you an estimated timeline after our initial assessment.
To ensure a fabric repair is seamless and watertight, we first clean the fabric to get a good bond, then we use professional strength glues that are not water soluble to ensure the glue will stay bonded to the fabric and not leak.
If your awning requires multiple repairs, there needs to be a point when replacement is a better option. This depends on the number of holes that need to be patched, if the fabric is so old that there are pin holes in the fabric or vinyl, or the strength of the frame has been compromised, to name a few issues.
